Peninsular Malaysia

RM5 Free shipping on orders of 2 items or more.

East Malaysia

RM10 Free shipping on orders of 2 items or more.

Rates are shown at checkout once you enter your delivery address.

 

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Please note that tracking information can take up to 24 hours to begin updating after your parcel is collected by the courier.

Delivery times

Delivery usually takes 2 to 4 business days for West Malaysia and 4 to 7 business days for East Malaysia after dispatch. We ship within Malaysia only and all orders are delivered by courier. We do not offer self-collection.

Delivery times are estimates provided by our courier partners and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, weather, or public holidays. Larger orders may occasionally be sent in more than one parcel.

Incorrect addresses and failed deliveries

Please make sure your shipping address is correct and complete before completing checkout. We are not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address. If a parcel is returned to us because of a wrong address or repeated failed delivery attempts, any redelivery cost is the customer's responsibility.
